  1. Interesting! I’ve been doing my best to avoid high fructose corn syrup — sugar would actually be better for you than that stuff. Its amazing what its added to, for no reason at all. I had some club crackers, something that is not ‘sweet’ at all, but yet it had high fructose corn syrup. If you look at the health problems in this country, heart disease is #1, cancer is #2, and Diabetes is in the top 5.
